Information you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, postcode and service request. Vehicle details, tyre size and additional notes help the team assess your enquiry. Do not include payment card details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.

How the form works

The form runs in your browser. It prepares a WhatsApp link containing the details you enter; these details are passed to WhatsApp when you open that link. You must then send the message to deliver the enquiry to Rapid Tyre Pro. The website does not maintain a separate booking database. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms.

Why we use enquiry details

The team uses information you send to respond to your request, check service availability, provide a quote and arrange agreed work. Enquiry details are not requested for marketing subscriptions.

Website hosting and cookies

The hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver and protect the website. This website code does not set marketing cookies or include advertising pixels or third-party analytics.
